Each year, UMass Extension offers this workshop series on topics of interest to homeowners and small scale farmers.
Workshops in 2021 will be held virtually on Saturdays from Jan. 23 thru Mar. 20, 2021. Times and fees vary.

This year’s topics include:

  • February 13 Home Orchard Pruning – a Virtual Workshop
  • February 20 Home Orchard Establishment – a Virtual Workshop
  • February 27 (micro) Organisms in the Orchard – a Virtual Workshop
  • March 6       Insects: Pests and Pollinators – a Virtual Workshop
  • March 13     Backyard Brambles – a Virtual Workshop
  • March 20     *Grafting Apple Trees – a Virtual Workshop (We apologize but at this time we are only able to accommodate participants in Massachusetts for this workshop as materials will be delivered/picked up in person.)
